Luxury Condominiums in Stonington Win Top Marketing Award
October 19, 2007— Prudential Connecticut Realty has recently received top marketing honors from the Home Building Industry (HOBI). In 2007, Prudential Connecticut Realty has been awarded two HOBI awards for creating the best internet site and sales brochure for 101 MAIN, a new luxury condominium complex in Stonington, Connecticut.
Sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut, Inc., the HOBI Awards are the building industry’s most prestigious awards in Connecticut for excellence in design, construction, sales, marketing, and financing. The marketing awards will be presented on November 6th at the organization’s annual Home Building Industry Awards Dinner at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT.
Spearheading the design effort for 101 MAIN was Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Senior Graphic Designer, Lynn Rival. Lynn’s designs came to life on the internet through a collaborative effort of Chris Carvache, Prudential’s web master, and Daniel Collins, the firm’s Marketing Coordinator.
“Our design team was able to capture the excitement, elegance and exquisite lifestyle that 101 MAIN offers and that is what superb marketing is all about,” said Barry Rosa, Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Vice President of New Homes & Land and Specialty Markets Divisions. “The luxurious 101 MAIN condominiums and seaside lifestyle are perfectly depicted in the brochure and web imagery giving potential buyers a true feeling for all that 101 MAIN offers,” Rosa continued.
